At Ada & Ivy, we want your shopping experience to be as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help through our 14-day return policy.

Standard Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our team at info@adaandivy.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@adaandivy.com — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces

  • Personal care items (such as cosmetics)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original order and place a new one once your return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & Australia Orders)

If your order was shipped within the EU or Australia, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without needing to give a reason.
Returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
